Wir sind stolz und erfreut, den ersten Artikel in einer Österreichischen Tageszeitung, der Wiener Zeitung, über ARTS for HEALTH AUSTRIA mit euch zu teilen!
Es werden die Ziele unseres Vereins vorgestellt, unter anderem die Anerkennung von Kunst als Gesundheitsmaßnahme im öffentlichen Gesundheitssystem.
Der Artikel von Verena Franke, Journalistin und Balletttänzerin, stellt die Situation in Großbritannien, wo Kunstaktivitäten im Rahmen von ‚social perscribing‘ vom Arzt verschrieben werden können, jener in Österreich gegenüber, wo das Thema erst in jüngster Zeit öffentlich diskutiert und weiterentwickelt wurde – der offizielle Start fand im Dezember 2019 mit dem Workshop ‚Arts for Health‘ des Bundesministeriums für Kunst und Kultur statt.
Seither arbeiten wir weiter daran, Kunst immer näher an Gesundheit, und Gesundheit immer näher an Kunst zu bringen!
We are really proud to share with you today, the first article in an Austrian newspaper, Wiener Zeitung, featuring ARTS for HEALTH AUSTRIA!
It introduces the aims of this association, among others, the recognition of arts as a health intervention in the public health system.
The article by Verena Franke, a ballet dancer and journalist, is juxtaposing the situation in the UK where the arts are part of the social prescription and the situation in Austria where there has only recently been more discussion and development on the topic.
In the meantime, we continue working to bring art, closer and closer to health and health, closer and closer to art!
